Letter of Complain

Below are some examples for letter of complain, especially about The National Exam in Indonesia

Example 1 :

      Dear sir or madam

I’m a senior high school student. By this letter, I want to tell something about opinion that represent all of the Senior High School student in Indonesia

                We have knowed that the national examination in Indonesia is a way to determining the educational quality in Indonesia, but now the purpose gradually vanish. This thing just make the implementation of national exam become not too important.

                The causes is often happen cheating in national exam implementation. The cheating  is answer leak from the national examination. This must be happen because there is agency that leaks it because of some small value things. 

                It is fading the purpose of national exam implementation. It makes our human source quality become worsen and scatter the national exam budget

                The national exam also less effective because the less of preparation from committee of national exam implementation, so that makes some schools in remote place can’t participate national exam together with all places in Indonesia. It exactly makes some disadvantages to the national exam participants. How if because of this delay makes them, the national exam participant, can’t pass?                 I hope through this letter, Mr./Ms. from KEMENDIKBUD RI can follow up so there will not happen that kind of incidents again. We just want the best for our beloved nation.

Example 2 :  

Dear sir or madam

                I’m one of senior high school student in Indonesia. By this letter, I want to tell some opinions and  suggestions for The National Examination in Indonesia.

                The National Exam is an annual schedule that is held by the goverment to evaluate the study result of students for some years in the past. A focus point whether the student can pass for the next education level or not. But how if there is trouble in this annual schedule like what have happened before? It means The National Exam makes some disadvantages for the student

                As you know that there are many troubles in the last National Exam, like the leak of some answers of the national exam questions. It must be comes from some irresponsible implementation administrator of the National Exam.

                It makes the purpose of National Exam implementation becomes not important again. It just make the next generation become worsen. Another impact is the cheating make the purpose of National Exam becomes not important so it is assumed as the country budget scatter.

                I hope this letter represents the opinion from all students in Indonesia. I also hope the goverment can follow up and eliminating the National Exam so the country budget can be allocated to the most important things
