There is a study about
professional English in my department. One of the study is about How to Present
A Service or Product. Below are some points in my presentation that I made by
myself for my examination task.

Introduction

WHAT Shineseed is a company which focused on
news-related things.

BACKGROUND The work was started since
1996 when a group of undergraduate students want to make a media which
can deliver what people can’t do. So Shineseed was built and continously
developing until now.
u
WHO I AM I am Mutiara Pratama Putri as presenter of
Shineseed Company. I’m one of the writers in Content
Specialist Division. I will talk about
how to have a business with Shineseed in advertisement.
Divisions
in Shineseed

There are four divisions in Shineseed
- Investigative Division, consist of Detective Section and Informant : Focused on how to get the data for the writings in Shineseed’s product.
- Administrative Division, consist of Professional Standard and Planning & Research : Focused in developing the company, like what the standard used in company and do some research to reach the goals ahead.
- Content Specialist, consist of Ilustrator, Layouter, and Writer : Focused on how to display the collected data into good writing or graph, and so on.
- Financial Department, consist of Accountant and Budget Analyst : Focused in supplying fund for the company.

Shineseed accept any writing
from people outside of the company. All the writing will be revised by the
editor based on the standard used in the company.

There are 3 kinds
of product in the company.
- Magazine.
- Online Media.
- Book.
All the writing which has been selected
by the company will
be written in the product.
